​Late in the evening of November 23, Horizon School Division was made aware of a COVID-19 diagnosis in an individual at Cudworth School.

Families at Cudworth School are being informed of this case, and we are working closely with our excellent partners in Public Health to assist in the contact tracing process. Families in the affected classroom(s) have been notified.

Out of an abundance of care and caution, students in the affected classroom(s) will be Learning from Home until December 1. The affected classroom(s) will be clear to return to in-class learning on December 2.

Further details cannot be provided, to maintain the privacy of the individuals involved.

We continue to require students and staff to stay home if they are experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19.
