National Indigenous Veterans Day

We join in honouring the service, the courage and sacrifices of Indigenous Veterans who have served across Canada and around the world in times of war, conflict, and peace.

Garth Anderson to represent Subdivision 10 on Horizon Board of Education Humboldt, SK – Horizon School Division is pleased to welcome Garth Anderson to the Board of Education as Subdivision 10 Trustee. Horizon’s Returning Officer, Sandy Gessner, announced that Anderson was elected by acclamation on November 3, 2023 in a byelection to fill the vacant position.

SHSAA Boys Provincial Soccer Championships

Athletes, coaches, and fans braved the cold this afternoon to kick off the 2023 SHSAA Provincial Soccer Championships in Humboldt. Christmas Hamper Project Well Underway

Horizon School Division’s annual Christmas Hamper Project is successful thanks to the generosity of so many, including the Four Friends Quilting group — they have donated more than 50 of their beautiful, cozy quilts to the project!

Since 2014, toys, grocery store gift cards, warm clothes and more have been provided to 1,105 families in Horizon School Division. If you would like to contribute, please contact [email protected] or call 306-682-8639.
