AP 201 - Curriculum
Background
Teachers shall adhere to the provincial curriculum. This includes the responsibility to ensure that their students achieve the learning outcomes set out in the curriculum.
Procedures
1. Teachers are required to access the Ministry’s curriculum guides which are available online.
2. At the Division level, the Superintendent of Learning Services will support and organize professional development opportunities that will lead to implementation of the curriculum.
3. At the school level, the principal will ensure the organization of professional development opportunities to support curriculum implementation.
